Within the UAE

Free shipping on all orders over AED 600 within the United Arab Emirates. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of AED 30 applies.

Most UAE orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from the time of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Standard international delivery takes 3–4 business days from the time of dispatch, subject to customs clearance in your country.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied at the destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sale periods and seasonal collections, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Packaging

Every order is shipped in our signature gift-ready packaging — a velvet pouch, jewelry box, polishing cloth, and care card, all wrapped in a branded outer box. Perfect to keep or give as a gift.
