Returns & Refund

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include the original invoice or order number with the return.

Items that are customised, engraved, or made to order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable once removed from sealed packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short note about the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the return address and a confirmation reference.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging using a tracked service.

Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first — unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you prefer an exchange or store credit, please mention that in your initial return request and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Warranty

Every Zain Al Kahraman piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty covers issues such as faulty clasps, broken chains due to manufacturing, or stones loosening from their settings under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage from improper care (exposure to chemicals, perfumes, swimming pools, etc.).

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
